Your Labour Parliamentary Candidate
Shipley constituency has selected its candidate for the next general election.
Anna Dixon brings experience and commitment. She is working closely with local
members and activists to campaign for Labour across Shipley constituency.
She is also working with trade unions, local councillors, and the West Yorkshire mayor to
make a difference now for people in the area.
● Local. Anna grew up in West Yorkshire and went to local state schools.
● Experienced. She has worked for over 20 years to secure better health and
social care and to reduce health inequalities between rich and poor areas.
● Campaigner. She set up a national charity which successfully campaigned
for changes to housing and employment policy.
● Hardworking. To win Shipley Labour needs to win support across every
town and village in the constituency. Anna is committed to winning the seat
for Labour.
