NatWest have just announced that they will be closing the branch in Shipley. This is yet another blow to the town centre and will badly affect local shops and businesses.
It will reduce access to banking facilities for people who are not online – disproportionately affecting older people and those who can’t afford smart phones or internet at home.
There are times when we all want to speak to someone face to face to help us with money matters.
Oppose the closure of the NatWest in Shipley and call on the bank to reverse its decision.
